Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FundsTracing website and, where applicable, the services you request from FundsTracing. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any separate written service agreement provided to you will also apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

1. Definitions

“FundsTracing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FundsTracing.

“Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using our website or engaging our services.

“Services” refers to the case review, transaction analysis, tracing support, documentation assistance, and information regarding potential reporting, dispute, or recovery options that we agree to provide.

“Third Party” includes banks, payment providers, cryptocurrency platforms, exchanges, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, professional advisers, service providers, and other organizations not controlled by us.

2. Scope of Our Services

FundsTracing provides case assessment, transaction analysis, tracing support, documentation assistance, and information regarding potential next steps for individuals affected by financial scams.

Depending on the circumstances and the services agreed upon, we may review information such as transaction records, payment details, wallet addresses, communications, screenshots, platform information, and other relevant evidence.

Where appropriate and within the scope of the agreed service, we may assist with organizing information or communicating with relevant third parties. Any action involving a third party is subject to that party’s own procedures, requirements, decisions, and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and lawfully provided, our services do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and we do not represent ourselves as a government agency, law-enforcement body, bank, cryptocurrency exchange, or other third party.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery or Outcome

Every case is different. We do not guarantee that lost money, cryptocurrency, or other assets will be recovered, returned, frozen, reversed, or otherwise restored.

Transaction tracing, case analysis, identification of wallet activity, preparation of documentation, or communication with third parties does not guarantee a particular result.

Any discussion of possible options, timeframes, or next steps is informational and must not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a specific financial outcome.

Past results, client experiences, testimonials, or examples do not guarantee similar outcomes in another case.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide information and documents that are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  • Provide requested information within a reasonable time where it is necessary for the agreed service.

  • Inform us promptly if material information relating to your case changes.

  • Preserve relevant records, including transaction details, communications, receipts, screenshots, and account information.

  • Review communications and documents provided to you and ask questions if anything is unclear.

  • Avoid knowingly providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained information.

  • Comply with applicable laws and the lawful requirements of relevant third parties.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any option discussed with you unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

5. Third-Party Organizations and Decisions

Banks, card issuers, payment providers, cryptocurrency platforms, exchanges, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, and other third parties operate independently of FundsTracing.

We do not control and cannot guarantee their decisions, response times, investigations, account actions, refund or chargeback decisions, asset freezes, or other outcomes.

References to third-party organizations, platforms, brands, or services do not imply affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization unless expressly stated and verifiable.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

Any fees applicable to a service will be disclosed to you before you agree to purchase or proceed with that service. The applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written disclosure will explain the amount or method of calculating the fee, when payment is due, and any material conditions that apply.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable fees and payment terms before authorizing a service.

We will not represent a fee as government-imposed, bank-imposed, tax-related, or required by another organization unless that description is accurate and supported by the relevant circumstances.

Any third-party costs, where applicable, will be identified or explained before they are incurred where reasonably possible.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility and refund requests are governed by the refund terms applicable to the service purchased and our published Refund Policy, where applicable.

If you wish to cancel a service, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation rights, any fees already earned for work performed, non-refundable third-party costs, and any available refund will be determined by the applicable service agreement, Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Our Right to Decline, Suspend, or Terminate Services

We may decline, suspend, or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Required information is not provided or cannot reasonably be verified.

  • Information provided appears materially false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful.

  • Continuing the service may violate applicable law or a third party’s lawful requirements.

  • Required fees remain unpaid in accordance with agreed payment terms.

  • There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff or service providers.

  • A conflict of interest or other circumstance makes continued service inappropriate.

Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate a material suspension or termination and explain any applicable next steps.

9. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information may be shared with service providers or relevant third parties where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, administer a case, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate rights and interests.

You should review our Privacy Policy for further information about the categories of information we collect, how information may be used or disclosed, retention, security, cookies, and available privacy choices.

10. Website Information

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and useful, scam patterns, regulations, platform procedures, and available options can change.

You may use website content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

We are responsible for performing the services we agree to provide with reasonable care and in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts, omissions, delays, policies, technical failures, or decisions of third parties outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Electronic Communications

By contacting us electronically, you consent to receiving communications relating to your inquiry or requested services by email, telephone, or other communication methods you provide or authorize, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information reasonably current.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, website, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter material terms of a signed service agreement unless agreed by the parties or permitted by law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FundsTracing in the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Any dispute relating to a particular paid service may also be subject to the dispute provisions in the applicable service agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable Refund Policy, and any separate written service agreement, constitute the terms governing the relevant relationship between you and FundsTracing.
